I was referred by my dentist for a consult, for which I was advised there was no charge for. I had two short visits with Dr. Gartner, whom was hesitant with proceeding with implants, due to complexity of my case & offered alternate options. Doctor Gartner is an awesome periodontist! I fractured a portion of one of my back molars and was told by one dentist that it would have to be removed and replaced with a dental implant and would involve a sinus raising procedure as well. Seeking a second opinion, Doctor Gartner was actually able to save my tooth by performing a relatively simple crown lengthening procedure after which I was able to get a crown.
