I concur with the poor rating. Darren, the owner is 'johnny on the spot" when it comes to collecting payments during the install. Service after the install is horrible! I had a problem during a weekend where the furnace failed in the middle of winter and got charged premium rate (without full disclosure upfront). The problem turned out to be a faulty part they installed and was charge for a new one even though the part was still under warranty per their contract.
Do not and I stress do not call these guys for any repair. They are major rip off artists who prey on desperate homeowners. We had both our furnace and air conditioner replaced by this company in the last 4 years. On Friday July 6th (100 degree day in Chicago) we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling our home and called for service. We were told by Neil that this was common and that the air conditioner could not keep up due to the excessive heat. He said it would catch up and that he was getting alot of calls like... read more
