Our old furnace stopped working again and the company we normally use wasn’t impressing me so I called Gartman. Even though it was after their normal business hours Penny answered the phone. When I told her about it she put me through to Scott who I later learned is the owner. Scott came to investigate and knew what needed to be done to get it running again. quick to help Gartman Mechanical services was quick to repair my heater. It went out twice and they came quickly both times to get the parts into the heater. The phone staff was helpful and looked up information for me when I had questions. The technicians were friendly and polite and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Sometimes when having work done it can be stressful but not at all with Gartman. They are reliable and do a great job. Service Repair Was great needed a service repair on the air conditioning they were so considering to the heat that day .. they made a very great effort to be there that day .. they did . I was glad for the heat outside was 90 and it was getting very hot in the house .. they found the littlest thng outside too much brush around the air conditioner and was not getting the proper air ventilation .. the service person was great . very knowledgeable and very quick for a service call .
RecommendedWonderful and fast service. Came to my rescue during the week of EAA when our AC unit went out. Response time was within an hour and new AC unit was installed within 12 hours. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Absolutely will use them again.

Great Company! – We bought a 10 year old home that Gartman had done all of the heating/cooling at the time of building. We contacted them when we bought to show us how to run the extensive system (boiler/ in floor heat/ forced air heat and AC/ April Aire). They were WONDERFUL and took the time to ensure that we knew how to efficiently run this elaborate system. After six months, we had an April Aire issue. We called, they came the next day.
