Our old furnace stopped working again and the company we normally use wasn’t impressing me so I called Gartman. Even though it was after their normal business hours Penny answered the phone. When I told her about it she put me through to Scott who I later learned is the owner. Scott came to investigate and knew what needed to be done to get it running again.
