The receptionist miss informed me on my insurance coverage resulting me having to pay the entire visit out of pocket. Instead of apologizing, she tries to argue and pushing the blame to me. Honestly, rest of the staff are extremely nice, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I would just recommend taking everything the receptionist said with a grain of salt.
I’ve been a long time patient of Dr Riopelle. I believe that I am getting the best dental care available. He has done several same day crowns and routine semi annual cleaning of my teeth. His office staff (Lupe, Heather, Racine) is professional and highly efficient. Always get 5 star service at this office. I highly recommend Dr Riopelle for your dental needs.
I came to Dr Riopelle’s office for a dental emergency. My old dentist kept telling me to get a root canal because I couldn’t bite from my left side...but I had a sneaky suspicion that they were just after the money. Dr Riopelle gave me an honest second opinion and suggested conservative efforts to save my tooth. He found the “root” of the problem (the crown was just too high and noticed that the mouth guard wasn’t fitted correctly).
