Wonderful caring staff that took the time to explain the procedures and give me an estimate so I would know what to expect. The Vet Tech handled Tinka gently and comforted her as she took her back. They texted me with an update following the surgery (spay) with a picture attached of my baby recovering well, which I REALLY appreciated! Release instructions were gone over and sent home at time of discharge. They sent 5 days of pain medication to keep her comfortable. Huge thank you to the amazing team here! I completely messed up and accidentally booked our appointment for a week out, but when I showed up yesterday by mistake, they were so sweet and squeezed us right in. I brought my cat Maki because she hadn’t been eating. Everyone was so incredibly gentle and kind with her. They took quick care of her, figured out she was running a fever, and got her treated. My Boston Terrier Sydney was very sick with Pyometria and Dr Lisa got her in right away . Everyone is so kind and nice and friendly made us feel right at home. They completed Surgery on Sydney and basically saved her life. They called to check on her the next day. Dr Lisa went over all the post operative instructions as well. Our family LOVES this veterinary clinic. They genuinely feel like family. 100% trust them with all 3 of our dogs, and they really listen to their clients and have never felt any judgement on what steps to take, etc. Love from, Iggy, Tak, Mochi Everly.
My dog just had surgery getting spayed and having a hernia removed they were wonderful. Did a wonderful job friendly and kind. I would recommend this clinic to anyone for their dog if they love their dog like I love mine.
