My experience was pretty much exactly the opposite of the previous poster. Bill has kept the old Hammond organ in our church going for years, and has never let us go a Sunday without music. The other folks in the store are helpful and friendly too.

I spoke with a Bill @ this location regarding an organ that I saw listed on the Roland website. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service that I recieved. I have purchesed numerous items from this place and WILL NEVER do it again. I do not recommend Gartens music to anyone!
very helpful I went into Garten's to get my boyfriend something special for his birthday. I know nothing about guitars - but that's his passion. The sales staff was very helpful in helping me select several things my boyfriend just loved.
