RecommendedA few months back, I woke up and I couldn’t walk... my back was having a spasm of some sort and I had to travel for work in two days. I went to Garrow wellness Center because that morning their advertisement came up on my Facebook page. I figured it had to be a sign. I had some low back pain that was progressively getting worst to the point that I couldn't even sit without excruciating pain. A friend recommended Dr. Garrow and got me in within a couple of hours. I walked out pain free and able to move freely again. He set up a treatment plan that has rapidly increased my ability to get back to life pain free! I couldn't be more thankful and I highly recommend the Garrow Wellness Center!

I have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. I tried everything to relieve my extreme lower back pain, even streroid injections in my spine, nothing helped. I finally found Garrow Wellness. The staff there is outstanding! Matt in particular has helped me with myofascial release massage. He is an expert in his field. I finally have relief from my pain.
