Worst attorney ever Robert Garrity Jr. was supposed to attend court on our behalf and did not show. Best yet didn't even notify us of that court date, then conceals it, to only find out through apposing parties counsel of the contempt for failure to appear which resulted in over a 2800 dollar fine. When confronting him and his secretary about this, he sends a text message that he is withdrawing from the case after being paid more than $5000 and causing over 2800 in fines.
