Wish I could give zero stars! Terrible management company. Unresponsive to needs of our building, and neglected to pay bills for years. Don’t bother with them. They are horrible and care nothing about customer service.

As a neighbor next door to a property that they “manage”, I’ve been met with silence at all attempts to get this company to trim their tree that is straddling our wires. The BBB needs to shut this place down.

I wish it were possible to give negative stars. Rental income has not been paid to me for many months, overall money owed is in excess of $10,000 and still Mark Goldweitz does not respond to calls or emails.

Garrison Square manages two condominium associations for me as a trustee. They came well recommended so we made a change. The experience has been very frustrating. The latest example: We received a $293 labor charge for a plumbing shut off value repair in their last bill. They billed the association for three and a quarter hours for this minor repair at a rate of $90 an hour for an unlicensed maintenance person, which is 50 percent higher than the rate detailed in our contract and likely two hours longer that is should reaso... read more

After many years with Garrison Square, these last 7 months have been a shocker. My rental income was not paid to me for 3 months in a row, following months of late payments and spotty service. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue were met by silence and stonewalling. I'm sorry to have to add this review but think that potential owners/renters need to be warned. Very sorry to see a good company fall so incredibly short.
