Great service from both Joshua and Ailton!
I recently moved to a new apartment within Garrison Square and had a great experience thanks to Joshua and Ailton. Joshua, the Leasing Manager, was extremely helpful throughout the entire moving process and made everything easy and stress-free. Ailton has also been amazing with service requests—he’s always responsive, helpful, and makes sure everything gets taken care of quickly. I really appreciate everything they’ve both done and highly recommend Garrison Square because of people like them!
Had some complaints while living at Garrison Square- but a reason we have stayed, is due to building manager Josh and his counterpart Ailton who handle situations quickly and professionally.
josh and ailton. amazing support here on the site. Maintenance is completely responsive and solves problems. The same day Josh is a resource beyond belief in terms of his knowledge of the site and how he is willing to help anybody out no matter how small or how big the issue
I have been living here for a few months and it has been great. Joshua is the onsite manager and he’s amazing! We had a chipped floor that I reported and he sent up a crew to replace the whole kitchen. I have also had a few service requests here and there and Ailton is just the best! He is polite, quick, and fully addresses the problem.
