josh and ailton. amazing support here on the site. Maintenance is completely responsive and solves problems. The same day Josh is a resource beyond belief in terms of his knowledge of the site and how he is willing to help anybody out no matter how small or how big the issue

I have been living here for a few months and it has been great. Joshua is the onsite manager and he’s amazing! We had a chipped floor that I reported and he sent up a crew to replace the whole kitchen. I have also had a few service requests here and there and Ailton is just the best! He is polite, quick, and fully addresses the problem.

- Garrison Square continues to be an attractive apartment complex, well-managed and maintained by its local support team with the added benefit of very accommodating Concierge. - For example: having now resided at Garrison Sq for over 5 yrs, my apt needed a general refresh. I have resided at Garrison Sq for over 5 yrs, so it was time for my apartment to be refreshed. It turned out to be a very positive experience. From when I first mentioned the need to Josh (the onsite mgr) through the coordination with him and the maintenance team (headed up by, Ailton), the project was so well done.
