Hi It was along story with Garrisons square Start when I wanted to tour apartments It was very difficult even it’s on line appointment . After they took down payment before signing the lease then they refused to hire the apartment saying that I must have at least 360000 us as balance because I am not citizen . Terrible experience. I was planning to rent the rooftop of this place through Peerspace for my birthday. I contacted the host, Lauren C. and we agreed on a time for me to visit the property in person. They confirmed that 2:40 PM EST would work. Despite being in the middle of my workday and having to travel from another city, I made the effort to arrive on time. However, no one was there to meet me. I’ve lived in this community for 4 years, Time and time again, we have received downgrades and expectations have been met with utter disappointment and lack of action to correct community issues. Safety: My husband’s bike was stolen from the garage. Multiple cars and bikes have been stolen as well. Main doors do not close properly. Downgrades: The temperature system was downgraded from Nest to a Honeywell. Our electric bill went up substantially because of this change. Our faux wood blinds became roller blinds. Great community, well maintained and all the staff from concierges, maintenance staff and the property manager are terrific. The complex is located in a terrific area, close to both the orange and green lines. I enjoy everything about Garrison Square and recommend it without hesitation.
Apartment is nice but expensive and the management is utterly horrible. They are so beyond rude. Our elevator has not worked for 3 months and we have had no compensation / ability to get out of our lease without paying 2 months rent. They have been so disrespectful and unhelpful every time you ask them a question. There are so many hidden fees. Do NOT recommend this apartment complex!!!!
