I have resided at Garrison Sq for over 5 yrs, so it was time for my apartment to be refreshed. It turned out to be a very positive experience. From when I first mentioned the need to Josh (the onsite mgr) through the coordination with him and the maintenance team (headed up by, Ailton), the project was so well done. We have enjoyed our time living at Garrison Square. The apartments are quite nice with good use of space and communal areas always clean and beautifully maintained. The service is responsive - usually any issues are addressed within 24 hours and package storage has been convenient and secure (not one package lost or stolen). Joshua is always friendly and helpful and he will be missed. I have had a great experience living at Garrison Square over the past year. The location is incredible and the units have recently been updated and are high quality. Joshua and Ailton on the leasing and maintenance sides, respectively, are both extremely helpful and responsive to any question or request that may come up. I would recommend definitely recommend living here.
