Garrison came and inspected our soffits, fascia, and gutters, and gave us a reasonable estimate for a full replacement. We signed the contract and everything seemed great. Three weeks of silence later, they abruptly canceled our contract claiming it would be more work than they'd realized. They did not offer a new inspection or estimate and simply abandoned us. So much for sending a trained professional for their estimate, or for any pretense of a binding contract.
This company consistently goes above and beyond for its customers. I’ve been impressed by the quality of their work and the professionalism of the crews they send to each job. Because my home is historic, projects often come with unique challenges, but they always find simple, practical solutions. I highly recommend working with this company.
Called them looking to have a flat metal roof carport. They don't do anything like that BUT they took a moment and gave me a referral to someone that might. Love a company that gives help even if it doesn't give them business. Give them a call to see if they can help with your project.
