From the start I was very satisfied with this company. From Jamie coming and doing the inspection and appraisal which includes pictures to the great girls in the office. The crew was on time and did a fantastic job. I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing or gutters work done. Let me tell you. With Garrison you can't go wrong!
Jake came out and did the initial estimate, he was very professional. Everyone in the office was very professional and kept in touch from the estimate to the day of completion. Jamie was very helpful during the process of choosing the shingles and gutters. I highly recommend Garrison Roofing for all of your home improvement needs.
I would rate Garrison roofing above 5 stars if it was available, Absolutely recommend Garrison roofing, they went above and beyond to get our insurance to cover the storm damage to our home and other structures. We now have a beautiful roof that was damaged as well as the well house roof and other structures absolutely wonderful company to do business with all the staff was wonderful as well as the roofers. From the sales rep to the office staff to the roofing crew these people are THE BEST. State Farm put the screws to us and we had to pay for this out of pocket, but other than writing the check Garrison made it a painless, stress free process. The work was top notch, everything was color matched, all the shingles were installed with care, all of the lines are straight. I don't think it could have been done any better by anyone. They were in and out in about 9 hours flat and ours is a fairly large house. I could not be happier... read more
