Absolute garbage property management company. Our HOA just got done firing them a few months ago. They love to harass people and send you a bunch of notices that are non-enforceable. Just get yourself an attorney and fight them back like we did. They can’t do much but try to take your money. The nice thing is HOA can fire the management companies like we did!
