Lived here for 2 years now. People kept complaining about lifts and water, but I guess the issue is limited to just a niche of units. For my unit (east facing), it works out fine and they have more than enough lifts in my opinion ! Love the CN Tower view and the proximity to >3 parks around the neighbourhood. Good vibes and friendly neighbors overall, and pretty convenient hidden gem in Toronto DT I would say.
Lived in this condo for about 2 years and had working hot water for about 2 months. Elevators are often down. Constant construction for condos next door and traffic is a nightmare. Only one road for access and it's always backlogged.
