Ashton Woods used to be a more customer oriented builder. I purchased a new house from them back in 2017. This time I'm trying to revise the contract to add one minor structural change before the concrete foundation is even paved, but the answer is a flat no. When you pay close to a $1M for a new house, but there is zero flexibility for a $879 change, you know what the true color Ashton Woods is now.
