After being asked what I was there for, I was told to take a seat. After the usual not so short wait at any practice, I see the doctor who tells me that there is a charge unless I see my family doctor. That would have been fine if I was informed BEFORE waiting. Reception should inform clients immediately, it was not posted and a total waste of my time. I will not be back.
