Briefly dealt with rodents. Can hear them in the walls at night still but haven’t seen them in a few months now. The place itself is decent tho. Maintenance is Maintenance, it’s good, it’s not always reliable. The first 2 pictures are behind hr stove. Maintenance put some steel wool to prevent mice from getting in. Didn’t really work. ROACHES AND MICE. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CALLED !! Management is incompetent and inconsistent and does not have any customer care at ALL. The assistant Manager woman Kris something is horrible with how she talks to people, and the leasing consultants need to be switched out for more kind and knowledgeable staff! They be in the office and don't even answer the phone. They also are charging a $250 Amenity for what ? the pool ?! and laundry units ?! who said i wanted to use the laundry mat units? DUMPSTER SITUATION IS BEING HANDLED VERY POORLY AND NEEDS A REAL SOLUTION, NOT RETALIATION!!!! Estoy extremadamente decepcionado con la forma en que se manejó esta situación. Entiendo que cometí un error al dejar mi basura fuera del contenedor en lugar de dentro. Sin embargo, el contenedor estaba completamente lleno y no había espacio para colocar nada más.
