The dumpster situation here is completely unacceptable. The smell coming from the dumpster is extremely strong and foul. Even with our windows always closed, the odor still seeps into the house and makes it very uncomfortable to live in. There are flies constantly flying around the dumpster area, and I’m pretty sure they’re getting inside through the windows and doors. It feels very unsanitary and frustrating to deal with every day. ROACHES AND MICE. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CALLED !! Management is incompetent and inconsistent and does not have any customer care at ALL. The assistant Manager woman Kris something is horrible with how she talks to people, and the leasing consultants need to be switched out for more kind and knowledgeable staff! I moved out and returned my keys 10/01 2025 after many years in that apartment. They sent me a letter thanking me for the condition I left the apartment in and confirmed that I would get my deposit back and $150 for not having hot water for the first month that ReNew took over. It is currently 01/28/2026 and I have not received my money. I have been calling constantly. They said they sent a check some time ago. The dumpster placed directly in front of our apartment building is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Rats run out when you walk past it, and the smell is beyond horrible. The dumpster attracts crows and flies nonstop, with trash being dug through and spread around daily. Now residents have to worry about pests making their way into our homes because of this poor placement. This has created an unsafe, unhealthy, and unsanitary living situation. The dumpster needs to be moved immediately and properly handled.
