Briefly dealt with rodents. Can hear them in the walls at night still but haven’t seen them in a few months now. The place itself is decent tho. Maintenance is Maintenance, it’s good, it’s not always reliable. The first 2 pictures are behind hr stove. Maintenance put some steel wool to prevent mice from getting in. Didn’t really work. The other two is when I was trying to get wifi. They drilled a hole in the window to let in a cable because there wasn’t the necessary cable inside. Luckily I’m on the sub floor.
