Diana was wonderful during the whole application process up to move in
I’m currently living here and the new management sucks. First of all, I was on hold for like 15 minutes and then when someone was the line, that person hung up on me twice. I believe her name is Toni. I’m not feeling this new management company. Most of the maintenance crew don’t understand English.

No running hot water for 4 days and counting. ReNew sending contradictory communication about the resolution. The reason provided was a clerical error between Bge and them. If that were true, the issue would be resolved. Now on day 4, the Leasing office is ghost. They are not answering phones or sending any updates. Residents are probably boiling water for bathing & carrying flashlights for safety. And rent was paid by all by the 3rd of this month. This is an absolute disgrace.
