I got scheduled with someone other than my usual hygienist. First off, She didn’t introduce herself. She was having problems with the water and expected me to get up and go over to the sink to spit out the water??? I got up and said we can reschedule. After a few moments she said someone fixed the problem. She frequently knocked the instruments on my teeth. I know they are a busy clinic but as a patient I can feel how rushed they are.
