The receptionists are so rude and condescending. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to speak with my doctor. I work full time and they won’t even let me book a phone call appointment so I’m forced to go to the hospital and wait hours to be seen. Please hire receptionists that actually care about patients and not make patients feel uncomfortable and at a loss on what to do when health problems arise.
I am so very grateful for Garrison Creek and Dr. Kowk. They always try and fit my daughters in as quickly as possible and if it is something that is easily resolveable or a quick question, the receptionsits will pass on messages to Dr. Kwok and sometimes avoid having to book a visit. Every person I speak to at the front desk is always very helpful and polite. This place truly makes dealing with medical issues so much less stressful.
Dr Anna Mackenzie will stop at no expense to find out what is the cause / disease of the ailments you suffer from. She will reply immediately with your results should something come back positive and will stop at no expense to find a treatment and/or MULTIPLE treatment options and will thoroughly explain each solution in layman terms that the average Joe understands.
