Horrendous experience for my wife with this clinic and the family doctor there. When my wife tried to call them to cancel her appointment they did not pick up. In the morning of the appointment they finally picked up the phone and they confirmed they would be able to cancel and did not mention the cancellation fee. I initially experienced severe pelvic and bladder pain and was scheduled for the earliest available appointment the following day (within 24 hours). However, my symptoms worsened overnight, and I developed chills and a fever, prompting me to seek medical attention sooner. Both my doctor and the admin team go above and beyond to help me when I am in need. They do a great job and I'm lucky to be a part of garrison Creek!
Our experiences with the medical team have always been super positive, and the receptionists are always really caring and friendly and they always call back if needed. The facility is very modern and always tidy and clean. Parking is not great on the North side of St Clair, but there are plenty of spots on the South side. Looking forward to our next visit!
