I love my doctor. Very competent and caring and LGBT friendly. I really never had a doctor who is willing to help me explore and pin the source of issues. Without typical doctor superficial mentality issues. I love and respect my doctor there.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Yvonne Kwok for a while now, and while she herself is great, trying to actually reach her is ridiculously difficult. There is no way to contact Dr. Yvonne directly unless you book an in-person appointment, which usually isn’t available for weeks. So what’s the point? Their online communication system is completely gatekept. Patients can’t directly message their family doctor, and even when doctors send a message, you can’t reply. Their receptionists are miserable at all times. Rude, condescending, stressed, unhelpful and disrespectful. It appears they are understaffed or something - but if this is the case, then provide more personnel to alleviate the stress. It is in no excuse that you are rude and does not give the level of professionalism and respect your patients.
