I couldn't disagree more with the negative posts. I have been living in Garrett's Run for almost a decade now, and I find it to be a great and affordable community to live in, especially considering the overall economy. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.
Garrett’s Run has been my home for almost 8 years and I have always felt safe here. The dumpster is always emptied and I don’t mind walking out to it after dark. Also, I appreciate how quiet things are- during the day and at night. The maintenance team keep the place in excellent condition and it’s always clean and neat.
