If you are going locally you might be okay but never use them to go inter state. At the Dallas end the packers did a very professional job but what they don't tell you is that once your items are in the van this will go to the warehouse where they move everything around to fit in other loads and that's where the problem begins. DO NOT ABSOLUTELY USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! They damaged my stainless steel fridge that is less than one month old. I filed a claim 3 months ago and they have yet to resolve this. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER use this company. They are not worth it. They won't return phone calls or emails. Debra who works there as well as the owners are idiots. All they want is your money and that is it. They tell you one thing and do another!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We are extremely happy with the services performed for the cost incurred. The up front estimate provided was beneficial for comparison purposes and proved to have been calculated well. The crew worked tirelessly from the time they arrived to the time of completion. The job took over 10 hours to complete. The movers were pleasant, respectful and accommodating to our requests. The furniture that needed the mover`s packing/protection was handled professionally and securely. We would hire Garrett's Moving & Storage again!!

Everyone we talked to was helpful and responsive; the crew was right on time, efficient and pretty amazing to watch. The price ended up being a little more than I`d expected, but it was totally worth it.

This was the best move I`ve experienced. The estimate was within a few dollars of the final cost. The moving crew was courteous, professional, and careful. The crew chief was excellent, and seemed committed to providing us with a quality moving experience. There are movers that may be less expensive, but the price was fair and you need to beware of bargain basement movers. You get what you pay for.

It was by far the best experience we could have had. My only complaint is that they were early, and we weren`t fully packed. That was our fault and not theirs. The movers were fast and very professional. The cost was a little less than we expected too. Overall, we are very satisfied and have already referred a lot of people to them.

The office staff was friendly and informative. The moving company sent very hardworking employees. They padded all the furniture and wrapped all the upholstered furniture, mattresses, box springs, etc. with film to keep them clean. They pointed out prior damage. So far, we have not found any damage to our furniture or to walls. They carefully disassembled and reassembled desks and tables. The men were very pleasant and took direction very well. I found a new job in another city and I had to move my whole apartment from Dallas for a weekend. I called Garrett's Moving Inc earlier the same month and we scheduled the transportation. I had no time to call again later, but they didn`t forget. Their workers were on time on my door and were very polite and careful with my stuff.
