Very respectful and informative
Friendly service, prompt response. Storage unit was clean. Don't like that we have to either use their circle lock or buy our own lock, that has to be same style of lock. We prefer to use a key lock. But otherwise happy so far with Garrett's.
Reserving the unit was simple with online access. Once reserved there was prompt follow up by email and phone call. Location is convenient and secure with gate and security cameras.
