One star for this service. They made a typo in my message and instead of doing an 24 hours they said 8? That’s not okay. You guys need to be more professional and take your jobs more seriously especially since it involves the law. I should not being paying over $500 for a bunch of typos and miscommunication in a text message. You guys need to do better.

I was very unhappy with their service. They're communication is bad. I had to call them to see what's was going on with my Case. They I feel like they just took my money and didn't finish my case. If I got ftp and wanted to fight it they, talking about They don't that, that's was apart of my case They should have said that before they took my money. THEY HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
Everyone that helped me was really the nicest most knowledgeable people I have met. They made everything so easy for me and I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend GWAA to anyone that I can.
