I had a very bad experience with Mr. Ira Lifland and his team. The communication was terrible; he seems to lack both experience and professionalism. When closing a case, he states whatever he *believes* to be true—rather than the actual facts—even though he has full access to your information. If you ask him what you are up against in your case, he will downplay the situation and tell you it is minor—not because it is true, but simply so he can wrap up the case quickly and collect his fee. Called these folk for help starting an llc and although they were unable to help me, they did suggest two offices that could! Lady on the phone was very friendly as well.

Ryan Denver and Beth were great. The case was closed with a good outcome. The communication was spotty at times; however, I couldnt ask to work with kinder people. Highly recommend.
