Apparently buying new tires and having them balanced properly is a problem.
They were very friendly, attentive and did an excellent job with my tires. They communicate well.
Firstly, I will say the guys in there are really nice and respectful. However, I was really disappointed with my experience. I brought a tire in on Monday to see if it could be patched or if it needed to be replace. My husband seen the holes the day he had to change the tire and knew exactly where they were. When I brought it in there was only a short wait and they said they could patch it. No problem - came back later to pick it up, came home, my husband put it back on that evening around 7.
