I guess as far as Tiffany's concerned, if I had a set of nuts she'd consider my cash offer, but she made mention of someone else is already interested in the same home but they weren't offering cash, but he was a man! I probably was the 1st request to see the property because it was on zillow for only 1 hour!! She probably has a side job other than realtor.
Had a fantastic experience selling our home every step of the way with Lindsay Pennington Jackson. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and most of all pleasant and friendly. She almost felt like a member of the family by closing. She was very attentive and quickly answered any concerns or questions we had while diligently working to get our home advertised and sold. As expected, he and his staff were very easy to work with and communicative throughout the process. He did well negotiating for our best interests while being fair to the buyer.
