This was my first time seeing Dr. Pennell today and I would 101% come back. He was very kind, took time to explain everything to me in detail and talk with me easygoing, very great with patients. And I have to say very patient he had some rude patients come in I felt bad he had to deal with them and he was very kind and respectful and patient and able to calmly maneuver the situation. Best optometrist experience I’ve ever had. Doctor is extremely friendly and helpful. Staff makes you feel comfortable, the entire appointment was quick and easy. Location was easy to find and clean. I would highly recommend this doctor to any friend or family.
