As a first-time home buyer, Garrett was very helpful and explained the process well. Additionally, I was not in Ohio until closing, and Garrett made it so I could make a confident choice without actually being able to step foot in the house. We were able to close in less than two weeks (which was very fast but what we needed/wanted).
