I’ve been shopping at Healdsburg Garrett Ace for a while, and unfortunately the customer service has gone downhill. Management seems to be struggling because the store is consistently understaffed. There are rarely enough cashiers, which leads to long lines and unnecessary wait times. I’ve also noticed that the garden register is almost always closed, even during busy hours. Bad service. The in person staff is inattentive compared to most aces. Better than home depot. Do not call 9n the phone. I was put on 10 minute holds 3 times each time by a new person until finally a guy helped me.

John greeted me the moment I walked in. I needed some bolts to match the thread of one I had but I needed a different length. He matched the thread in seconds and we estimated the length I needed. I was out the door in only a couple minutes and they fit perfectly when I got home. John and Garrett’s are the best!
