The technician came out to give me a quote and we highly recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable with current garage doors and will work with you get a great garage door. He explained the various options for the garage door in our new home and we chose an aluminum garage door with 7 windows. His prices are very competitive. He said that it would be ready within 2 weeks. I went ahead and hired another company to come out and give a quote...which was way over more than this company technician told me was reasonable. I immediately went back to him and asked him if I could trust it...this time, he called me immediately and said I was being overcharged. After we chatted a few minutes, he offered to raise his original quote for the extended distance, but was happy to come out to us. I had not been able to use my electric gate in my driveway for a few days and I needed help as soon as possible. I called and left messages for a couple other gate companies but no one called me back. After reading the amazing reviews, I decided to call this service and the technician picked up the phone immediately and said he would have give me a call within the next 10 minutes. About one minute later my phone rang and he said he was on his way.

The technician and his guys did a great job fixing our gate. They were professional and got the job done fast. I appreciate how he wanted to make sure we were happy with the job. I would highly recommend them!!

I called this service to come out and repair my gate. The technician they sent out was awesome, instead of rushing through everything he really took his time finding out what the problem is and really explaining to me what he was doing. I'm currently deciding on whether to fix or replace my current unit but he didn't rush me at all to spend money. I highly suggest giving this company a try for any gate issues.
