I highly recommend Garrett if you are looking to buy/sale. My wife and I were buying a house for the second time, first working with Garrett. He made this time so much easier and made sure we were in the best situation for us. He was great with communicating with us and our seller. I believe if it were not for him we would not be in the house we are now. Thankful for his patience, kindness, and dedication.
