We’ve been seeing Dr Garrett for about 8 months and have had for the most part good experiences with their office, But after our appointment last week with my daughter, we will not be returning. His office is extremely busy now. Every room is always full, his technicians are in the hallway standing, waiting for him to come into the next room. Lobby is also always full of people. I am extremely disappointed by our experience at this office today. We have genuinely loved the office staff and hygienists and have always felt comfortable bringing our child here, which makes today’s experience especially disheartening. Unfortunately, the way our child was treated by the dentist during today’s appointment has completely changed our confidence in returning. Update: 6/8/26... I just have to say again how much I appreciate my dentist and his team! Their facility smells so amazing and the decor is so beautiful and welcoming.
