Got there at like 850 even though they closed at 930 (tried to avoid being late, but things came up). There was a gentleman and young lady working, both very nice and friendly despite it being right before close. They were accomedating working with a 13 year old and myself and my boyfriend. They made sure we all 3 started at the same time as a group. Good conversation. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. They seem to really appreciate and make an effort with customers. I called to make an appointment for 4 people and the person on the phone thought it was a joke and was very rude. Didn’t take it serious and acted like it was a prank call even though I checked to make sure it was the fish spa. When we called the manager to complain on how rude the staff member was, he didn’t try to investigate or even apologize and argued they were professional even though that phone call and the one before had not been at all. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.
