Improper repair on a Thursday. Resulted in the same problems less than 48 hours later. Called on Saturday for the same problem and requested immediate service. Two small children. Week was very hot for September. No call back over the weekend. Due to lack of response and having the same issue, we called another company on Tuesday. Garnett is charging up for an issue that their repair did not fix and no further consideration.
Garnett is great, our house was getting hotter and the AC was running on and on, they sent a technician out and we were chilling in under an hour.
Garnett Refrigeration has provided our home with knowledgeable and expertise service. When it was time to replace our gas furnace and air conditioner we did not think twice to buy from them. They also come out in the spring and fall to provide a Energy Savings Agreement tune up to keep a check on our investment and to keep our home comfortable. The ESA tune up is cheaper than their competitors and provides excellent service not to mention peace of mind. We definitely recommend and give them a 5 Star rating!
They were here to fix my ac in about an hour and their technician Matt was amazingly helpful on the phone to allow me to troubleshoot prior to his arrival as an emergency repair call. We have a very old unit and it only needed a filter for the time being so they charged a minimal amount and my family has dealt with Garnett for over 30 years. They are trustworthy and reliable and quite honest which is hard to find. Thank you so much Garnett Refrigeration and Matt our technician!! My dad and I appreciate the help.

I called them to fix a leak in my attic AC system and they me $100 to me my entire system needed to be replace just 3 weeks after they told everything was fine. This on top of leaving the attic system disassembled the middle of July. Find someone who knows what they are doing. Kurt S. Aerospace Engineer
I called them on a Saturday needing our AC unit serviced on one of the hottest days of year and they immediate called back and could send someone in a few hours. They gave us some things to try first while they had to go to another call. I want to thank them for the advice. My father and husband were able to get unit running again.
