Was watching television Sunday night, when I noticed that it was very hot in the house. I instinctively went back to our Trane unit, only to find the red light showing in the panel. By now , it was past 11:00, so I opened all of the windows, and luckily, it had cooled down outside after days of excessive heat. I called Garnett on Monday morning, and Chaka was very accommodating. One of the only companies I called that was able to come out the same day. They were already on their way when I ended up fixing the issue myself, so I canceled the appointment. Even though they didn't end up doing any work, they were responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Based on my experience with their customer service, I would recommend them.

Queue 90 degree days and a broken AC. Yikes. I called several places only to get AI assistance (terrible) and last minute cancelations of a service tech coming to my house (disappointing). I called Garnett and was told a service tech would call me back. Less than 5 minutes later the call came in and he was on the way to look at the unit! On Friday, June 12th, Garnett Heating and Air scheduled the installation of our new 3.5-ton air conditioner. We understood it would take about 8 hours without factoring in the record 98 degrees and high humidity. Garnett’s Cory and Omar arrived early to begin the installation. Both men worked unceasingly with just brief stops for water. As things happened, not only was it brutally hot, but our furnace is located in the attic. I have used Garnett a few times, and I am grateful for their services. They were able to get me in the same day when both my AC units went out. Not only were they prompt, but Dustyn was knowledgeable, provided me with options based on my budget and clearly explained what the issues were.
