Our ac system started to go bad at the hottest point of summer. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently Garnett Heating and Air were able to get us back and running. What I appreciated the most from Rick was his honesty and his professionalism. Richard and his team are amazing! Our upstairs AC went out during a heat wave. We had 2 other HVAC companies come out, one who didn't actually fix the problem and another who tried to upsell us. Richard and his team diagnosed our problem quickly. Mike, Josh, and DeShawn came out to replace our unit. They were professional, respectful and quick to ensure that we had our AC back up and running with a newborn in the house. We will be using them going forward for all of our HVAC needs!
Our HVAC system stopped working Monday evening about 6pm. Called customer service, the lady that answered, took all my information. Within a few minutes a tech returned my call. I decided to wait until Tuesday morning for repairs. Tuesday morning before 8am the lady that does the scheduling called and appointment was set up window 10 to 2.
