I’m writing this because I really expected better based on Garnett's past reputation. About three years ago, they sold us two units. Our family and friends have also purchased many units from Garnett over the years. We’ve already had several issues with ours, though to be fair, some were related to the unit itself and not the company. Amazing experience. 5 Stars! I went with a different local company for install of a new system 3 years ago. I continued to have a loud banging noise coming from my A/C unit. The other company stated my condenser needed to be replaced and although the part would be covered under warranty, labor would cost $2,500. Thankfully, I called Garnett. A Senior Technician arrived same day, just a few hours after my call.
