Primary care services are horrendous. I'm currently waiting over 2.5 months to get a critical medication refilled because they don't know how to submit a pre-authorization. I've been waiting weeks for a call back from their administrator. There's zero accountability whatsoever. They are dangerous to their patients.
I went in because I had a partial lung collapse earlier this year and needed to have an urgent X-ray since I was having extremely similar pain on the other side now and shortness of breath/dizzy. I needed to be told if it was small enough to where they recommend rest, for it to naturally go back up and keep an eye on me for a bit to see if it got worse or to go to the ER depending on the results. Excellent primary care.
The doctor was quite rude. She didn't listen to me at all. I'll give it one more chance, but that's it
Charged me unexpected $25 co pay. When asked about it, secretary got agitated and argumentative, saying things like "we can refund you copay but you may have to pay the whole bill" and "you're supposed to call your insurance company before coming in". That's not a way to treat a beneficiary. Health care staff is wonderful though.
