Do NOT do business here. I was quoted $2850 on a 18k 56.2gram diamond cut chain tested weighed and authenticated by William. Spot price at the moment of the quote was $2361. A week later spot price rose to $2383 and William stated he would do $2880 for the same chain. I go in to turn in the chain right after we spoke on the phone. Went to go get a new leather strap for my vintage watch, and they were very quick and accommodating! Evwn made sure that the new strap would fit the old buckle I wanted to keep before charging. I chose these guys because they replaced the springbar a while ago and I'm glad I decided to come back!
Could not more highly recommend this store. They are honest, kind, and talented. They fixed a Movado watch for us in less than 5 min that other jewelers said was impossible or recommended sending to Switzerland to fix plus a lot of other things. Come and see their beautiful jewelry at better prices than even James Allen but also come see the extremely friendly folks here for your jewelry needs. You won’t regret it! Also, the outside doesn’t look like a place I’d normally stop by but boy am I glad I did!!
