Speaking with David directly, seeing his work on a neighbor's house left me confident that Garner Roofing was the right persons for the job. I needed repair and replacement of several pieces of siding that were melted over the years by reflective heat, and a couple pieces that blew off in recent storms. David was able to complete the work in the afternoon, and most importantly, matched our siding color and style. Excellent work and I couldn't recommend him more highly. Thank you, David!
This is a top-notch company. The owner, Mr. Dave is soft-spoken, very pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable of his craft. I immediately liked him. He arrived on time and gave me a detailed assessment of my gable vent issue that I could understand. He fixed the problem in no time and even checked to reassure me that there was no beam damage under the roof. He also walked around to ensure all on the other side was secure. I liked working directly with the owner David, he was respectful, professional, and didn't try to sell me a lot of other stuff. We got a new roof and gutters, the price was the lowest but not so low that I worried about a shoddy job. They protected my property and accommodated our needs. The job was done quite well and David took my housemate around the house to answer any questions he had. Communication was great. They had the best clean up routine I've ever seen. I highly recommend them.
