Final update 1-10-25: No surprises here, they shut the business down. The owner, Rich Walton, is as bad as it gets. The skylight they installed cracked and although it had a 15 year warranty, Garner was run into the ground way before my warranty ran out. They were terrible. Their website is still up oddly. However, be wary of Infinite Energy Home Services. Rich is running that company and their website states they offer roofing services. STEER CLEAR of them as well.
