For the price everything else can be overlooked. My father has used one of their units for close to a decade now. Never heard him mention anything about his stuff having been gone through. If you're worried about that use your own damn combination lock or setup a Wyze camera and prove it which i doubt seriously that's what is occuring but dont go saying things that aren't true tho.
Use units at your own risk, the lady that works there have a very nasty attitude.
DON'T DO IT ....
Will never rent from here again . Alot of people have things stolen, or moved around. The girl on the phone is mean, and my husband has drove by there and seen her hauling things in her vehicle. I don't know if it was stolen things or hers. But putting two ans two together I think I know.
Turn the other way. The white lady that works in the office isn't professional. She needs to be fired. The man they owns the place is better running it by himself. My storage unit was tempered with. I know how I put everything before I locked it up, I took pictures and everytime I would come to my unit something would always be moved, then I started missing items. I'm not the only one this has happened to. I have spoke with a few people who has units out there and the have suspicions of the same thing. I would not recommend.... read more
