The other post with the negative reviews are definitely true. This attorney is so rude. Even the people that work for him stated the same. He was the closing attorney for the buyers of my mother's house. The realtors that work with him are as rude and unprofessional, it never hurts anyone to be nice. I would never use Nicole Cohron as well.
We purchased a home 23 years ago and used Jerry when he was on old town Buford. We were warned about postponements and the little things that could push back the closing. We were concerned, but it happened without any hiccups. I know they are professional and are a no nonsense kind of atty’s office. I love that characteristic in a professional atmosphere.
