I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this Holiday Inn Express–affiliated property, but the Garner Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way—especially for the price. I definitely felt like I got my money’s worth. The staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating. I initially booked just one night while visiting a family member in the hospital, but ended up extending my stay from Sunday through Friday. 1st time we have stayed at a Garner which I learned is new to the IGH chain.(we usually go to Holiday Inn Express& suites) we got a King standard room. Very happy with this location. Staff at check in & check out was AWESOME. Very polite, welcoming, friendly. Clean from the parking lot to the pillows. I like the soft colors in the room, Hot shower, AC worked great, Super Cold mini fridge & bed was comfy. Keep up the Great work staff !!!!! (& keep the great rates)
