We had a wonderful stay at Garner! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff truly made our experience special. A special thank you to Barb and Alisha for being so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. I’m an IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite member and have stayed at many IHG properties all over the world, but unfortunately, this has been by far my worst experience with the brand. I was originally supposed to stay for 12 nights, but I ended up leaving after 10. During those 10 nights, my room did not receive housekeeping service on 4 separate occasions. Pros: 1. Entire hotel was very clean, room, lobby, breakfast room, gym. 2. Hand sanitizer available everywhere. 3. Front desk staff was very friendly. 4. Parking was very easy. 5. Breakfast food was delicious. Cons: 1. Beds were very firm. 2. Pullout couch was terrible for sleeping. 3. Breakfast could use a few more options.
