Garner Brothers installed my HVAC system in 2012. And have only been back 1 time to replace the capacitor on the condenser and once for a freon charge, in 13 years. The service techs are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
We needed someone to give us a second opinion after a big HVAC company told us that our system was bad and needed to be completely replaced. The technician Glenn was very professional and knowledgeable. He looked at our system, explained what the other company did wrong and after putting dye in our system and coming back 3 months later, he confirmed that the system was in good condition. From now on, we will use them as our HVAC company.
Thanks to Glenn for coming out first thing Monday morning in the dog days of summer when my HVAC stopped working. He was so professional, respectful, and patient. He was able to pull this old HVAC out of the grave and revive it back to life! Will not hesitate to do work with them further. Highly recommend!!
