Glenn from Garner Brothers came to my house yesterday and diagnosed a terrible problem. If it were not for him, we would still not be getting the help we need. I will definitely be calling Garner brothers In the future!
Thank God for Garner Bros.! We have been through the ringer by another local HVAC co for the past 7years who were unable to diagnose a problem that they actually created and were trying to say my only 6 year old Lennox HVAC system needed replacing. This company has helped my family in the past so I called them for help. Their office has the nicest people answering their phones and helped me with technical questions. The technician who came out admitted that he has trained others and it shows. I felt that I learned a lot, and he patiently explained the testing process for an old gas furnace. I seriously recommend this company if you need A/C and heating service and repairs!!! 5 plus star rating!
I was looking to replace my hvac.. recieved six quotes..Scott gave the most honest recommendation keeping in view my long term interest.. rather than upselling he gave his opinion on what was best suited for my needs..unlike everyone else he provided factual details on efficiency/savings vs. cost of equipment.. they also gave the most competitive quote. TL;DR – Garner Brothers is who you’re looking for! It has been almost seven years since my wife and I moved into our house. Prior to living here, we had never needed to use an HVAC company.
