My entire experience with Garner Bros has been fabulous! I immediately felt comfortable during the free estimate, the guys showed up on the day that was scheduled and on time. They were cognizant of my home when they entered and left, they were professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned everything up upon leaving! Price was very reasonable! They kept their word about everything they said they would do and when. I highly recommend Garner Brothers!!
What a great experience! I called the office Monday AM and they got us in first thing Tuesday. The tech identified the problem and was in and out in a half hour. We had another company out yesterday that tried to charge us $504 for the part and Garner was $150!! Thank you!!
On July 3rd during a major heatwave and during the holiday weekend our HVAC system stopped working. I left a service request on the website and in minutes was contacted by Garner and within an hour they were out to my house. Unfortunately my system was shot and I needed a replacement but they worked over the holiday to get a replacement ordered and the system was installed in less than a week. The Garner Bros. are absolute professionals. They came in and built up an HVAC system in my house from the ground up in 1 1/2 day. They have awesome personalities, are extremely friendly, and just all around great people. I am glad I chose them because they provided the highest quality experience. I highly recommend using this business. A+ service overall. My house feels great!!
