The worst apartment I have ever seen. They even did not reply email. The manager and environment are too bad! I will never ever recommend this apartment to any of my friend!
Very disappointing experience. - My deposit still hasn’t been returned, and management has ignored my emails for over a week. This kind of situation always happens. The office rarely responds to emails in general. - I repeatedly saw a resident from the 14th floor picking through garbage bins near the back entrance and bringing items into the building, which raised hygiene concerns. - The building, especially the carpets, often has a strong unpleasant smell. - The facilities are old and poorly maintained. The worst experience of my life is living in this apartment. Please avoid at any cost. The unprofessionalism, lawlessness, and greed of the management (specifically Kubra Ceyhana), the infestation and filth in the rooms, make the place one of the worst places in the whole world. City of Edmonton should take action!!!
Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. The apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below what was promised. The common areas were frequently filthy, and living there was an unpleasant experience from day one. The roommates were another major issue. Many had no respect for cleanliness or shared living, making the environment feel chaotic and uncomfortable. The management was by far the biggest disappointment. They were rude, unprofessional, and constantly made up new rules that were never included in the lease.... read more
