I've been a resident since January 2024, and before that I visited often, in the 12 years since my parents started living here. I experienced 6 months water leakage and 8 months Marijunan. Even you reported how many times, nobody will responded to you. They just want to make money. After you rented, there is no more service.
I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews about this apartment, and I believe some of them are unfair and not reflective of the reality here. As a new tenant, I find this apartment a great choice, especially considering its affordable price. The views are beautiful, and the location is excellent, just a short and walkable distance to the U of A campus. In particular, the rental office staff have been incredibly helpful.
