Do not stay here under any circumstance, you shouldn’t have to fight for a place with liveable conditions. you can read the other horror stories on here (I was roommates with Tony, he left a review as well) and know that your time here will probably be no different than the rest of ours. Harrington housing is a horrible company (at least the staff working in this building) customer service was rather unhelpful, and the “booking team” won’t mind insulting you and minimizing the problem that they themselves don’t have to live ... read more
Never once in my life have I stayed here, but after reading all the reviews about the incompetent management I too would like to warn everyone not to stay here. Do better garneau towers.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I pay nearly $1,200 a month to live here, and the conditions are unacceptable. On move-in day, I wasn’t even allowed to see the apartment before signing. Once I got the keys, it was clear no proper cleaning or preparation had been done. Since then, the apartment has been infested with red ants, and now there are mice inside as well. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Disgusting and Poorly Managed – Avoid at All Costs Living at Garneau Towers has been a terrible experience. The building is infested with mice, and there are red ants all over, including in hallways and common areas. When we reported a mouse problem and red ants inside our apartment, management casually told us that “this is normal” — as if we should just live with it. Completely unacceptable.
