I hope those who provide 5 star reviews are enjoying the water shutdown everyday, unknown sources of noises and freezing leaking windows.
Avoid at all costs. 1. Lots of issues w pests such as ants and a case of bedbugs where someone on the floor had them and now every corner of my unit has installed bedbug traps. 2. It’s super cold in the winter. Legally units should be kept at a minimum of 22 degrees in the winter. I don’t have a room thermometer but a cup of hot tea left in my bedroom overnight was 10 degrees. Simply unable to not leave a warning for anyone who is looking at moving into this building. The good reviews being left are lies, and all the shared complaints of the building being infested with ants, building staff being impossible to deal with and rude, and the general state of the building are all true. Yes the building is very old and the maintaince staff are very kind and helpful but the above management and care are almost beyond belief bad.
