ABSOLUTE FRAUD. Cheated out of deposit after living in a pest infestation. DO NOT RENT HERE. I stayed at Garneau Towers under EdgeLiving's management for a short 3-month lease, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Management is now withholding $150 from my security deposit for a "cleaning fee," claiming they had to hire professional cleaners. This is complete and utter bullshit. Honestly I ignored all the reviews and regret it so much because it’s a horrible maintained place. There is always homeless people in the lobby sleeping during times that management is in their office. It smells like nicotine on some of the floors. They deadass paint over all the bad places in order to hide all the cracks that they just don’t wanna fix. So my recommendation is moving anywhere else in this world but here.
Maintenance here genuinely sucks I have been trying to get them to fix some things for weeks and literally getting ghosted this is very disappointing because i pay for rent and yet i can’t even get you guys to fix something so simple this us so frustrating
Has ant and roach infestation that was not disclosed beforehand! Management does not reply to u!
