9 Y/O with ADHD and sensory issues. 1st appointment for fitting of expander - not even the full shebang - and the 40 minute appointment turned into 90 extending WAY past closing. The entire office staff was AMAZING! Audrey was his Tech and she had some major patience! I couldn't believe they didn't send him home because he was so upset - nope, they gave him time to calm down and we worked through it. Hopefully the next 15 months will go more smoothly.
Both kids teeth turned out great, and then I got a mom discount and had mine done too! Smiling for the first time in 48 years! :D
It is rare that I am so impressed with any business that I feel the need to comment about it vs. just liking it on FB, but this is one such time. I took Matt for his orthodontic consultation today at Garn & Mason. They are a second generation family owned business, state of the art, very welcoming surroundings, four Southeast valley locations, and from start to finish THE nicest people. Daughter is in her second phase here and we already loved them but this morning sealed the deal. Dr. Mason called us back while on vacation to assist with a broken wire. We were able to clip it ourselves but he was willing to have someone meet us at the office on a Saturday if needed! Top notch orthodontic care by wonderful doctors and staff!!!
Entire staff is always friendly and truly care about their patients.
