In my opinion, shoddy subpar workmanship. Unedited photo of actual trim work that conveyed with the home. In reply to your response: It would be better if you fix all of the problems BEFORE you sell someone their home. Your quality control is nonexistent-you put all of the responsibility on the homeowner to find EVERY issue wrong with the house prior to close in a 2 hour blue tape walkthrough, which a prospective homeowner cannot humanly do.
