Purchased a new car 2025 Volkwagon Jetta Sport. Buyer beware They sell a new car and install cheaply made Chinese tires. My car has less than 3k miles on it and got a bubble on the tire. They do not have infrastructure to support a manufacturer defect nor do they have any of the same tires in stock (Nexen) they quoted me a price for another poorly made tire (falken) at 257$ to replace it🤢. Seriously this place is Great! I visited several dealerships in Waco and even bought a car from a local dealership. So unsatisfied with the buying process in my town, I ended up at Garden Shelton VW in Temple where I met Ted, my new PERMANENT salesman. The entire team was great. I think all the associates at Garland Shelton Volkswagen were very personable. They seemed genuine from the beginning when I stepped on their used car lot to the very end on the new car lot.
