Very inappropriate employeee and 2 of 3 oil changes they left something messed up. I travel for work so these basic things are a non-negotiable. I wont be back. One time they left some sort of lining loose so when I hit the high way the plastic piece flew out from under the hood. It was a recall they fixed and left another issue. Second time over filled the oil in my car and I started having issues once I was on the road leaving town for work.
