Very friendly staff. Very helpful.
Not satisfied with the service. The technician did not fix my problem charged me $500 for a battery that I did not need. The old battery was working and starting my car just fine was not having any problem with my car starting. The PROBLEM that my car was making was a clicking sound which was the reason for coming to the Cadillac dealership. I left that dealership out of $500 and still had that clicking sound going on with my car which was a Cadillac CTS luxury car at a Cadillac dealership and the technician could diagnose a... read more
I highly recommend this business! Ask for John, Jorge, & Dennis. Their customer service exceeded my expectations! The pricing was also fair & decent. They offered some nice deals you cannot beat. They were reliable, honest, and transparent. My entire experience was fantastic and I couldn’t have made it happen without those 3! I would choose them all over again. I love my car ❤️❤️ 10/10.
