Stopped over to charge my Lyriq. I needed just 10 minutes of charge. Security rudely said that it’s not “public”. This vehicle was purchased with an agreement that I can charge my car at all Cadillac locations for free. No other dealership across Texas out Louisiana has had an issue until today. Even if it were not public basic curtesy would be to let me charge for 10 minutes until I could get to the next public station. Could not have been more than $3 of electricity.
