They did my roof two years ago, not long after is started to leak inside at the back of the house and he front between the living room wall & front porch. I called and texted multiple times, he would tell me he'll come and check it. He never came. I gave him many chances. It cost a lot too. He and his crew also used my wood boards I had bought to fix the fence, they never asked and they had a lot of staples. Plus a lot of shingles in my evesdrops. The amount of trouble I had to go through after having my roof done was not worth it. Right off the bat i was called in the morning to meet him at the hardware store to pay for some more supplies as he didnt have the cash. As i was there with the owner he mentioned that one of his employees had fallen off my roof withing 30 minutes of starting as he was not tied off. I got back to my house to see a ambulance in my driveway taking the emoloyee away and all the workers walked off the job site saying they would maybe be back to... read more
Decent work. Stayed true to his quote price. All good workers too. Probly get them again i the future.
I hired this company to get my house roof done past fall and they did good job but during winter I noticed leakage in the roof and contacted this company many times . The guy promised me to fix it after winter and never showed up and kept ignoring my calls . I am very disappointed and I would never recommend anyone this company
Repair was delayed due to bad weather, but he kept on top of rescheduling with good communication. Satified with the repair. Very fair price. Will use Garlow again in the future.
