Always a great experience at Garlock Orthodontist. I appreciate the kind staff, always easy to book an appointment and Dr Garlock is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the best plan for my son. We are on phase 2 and it has been a great experience! My son broke a wire at school and we were able to make same day “freakout” appointment to get it fixed before the weekend! Extremely thankful! We are halfway done and can’t wait to see the final results!
I do not recommend this practice at all. For one full calendar year, my daughter's teeth did not move, while wearing braces. They failed to acknowledge this, until I asked questions. and had the nerve to recommend I pay another $700 for a wires to be used, which they admitted would only possibly help, a little.

My grandson is getting braces here and is excited that they are moving forward and taking care of him appropriately.
