The staff is so rude as hell If I could give them zero star , I would . You shoud stay away from them it’s recommended not recommended to deal with that type of people they are so exploiters, their homes are full of mice, animal holes everywhere, full of big grown butterflies, a stinky basement and a terrible driveway everything in the mess out there. My advise for everyone You better run! Stay away from them because they will use unfair means just to steal your money when you will try to move out
Not recommended if I could give them zero star I would , they don’t care about human being The landlord is supposed to cut the tenant yard., they will warm you as tenant to take care of the yard and even try everything little nonsense thing to steal your money. They are so wrong! They don’t care about basement with all them messed. Moisture in a basement stinky or not. Wall moisture specifically after raining, a Disgusting driveway so If you deal with them so be prepared for all that !

I have lived in my own house for 40 years and because of Garland Property renters and slum-lord, I have been seeing cock roaches. Instead of using combat roach kill, he sprays which only makes the roaches scamper to the next house. The roaches will return to his multiple properties and continue to nest and breed. His renters are afraid to complain about water leaks, nasty carpets, bed bugs and cock roaches. He also tells his renters that keeping the property mowed is up to them. Those are his properties. Terrible rental agency! I have a 1 and half bedroom half double and i pay 800 a month!(ridiculous) plumbing is all messed up! They also charge 100 dollars each time they cut my grass even if i don't tell them too. My grass wasn't even that high! Im trying to move out ASAP!! I would not recommend anyone rent from them unless you're Haitian.
